2. Description of Service

AddPost is an AI-powered social media content tool that helps users draft, review, schedule, and publish posts across platforms including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram. Content is generated by AI agents and must be reviewed and approved by the user before publishing.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or publish content that is illegal, harmful, or harassing
• Spam, phish, or engage in deceptive practices on any social platform
• Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI generation system
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law

5. AI-Generated Content

Content drafted by AddPost's AI agents is provided as a starting point and requires your review and approval before publishing. You are solely responsible for all content published through the Service. We make no warranties about the accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

6. Connected Platform Accounts

When you connect social media accounts (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.), you grant AddPost permission to post on your behalf as directed by you. You remain responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service. You may revoke platform access at any time from your Settings page.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create and approve through the Service. By using the Service, you grant AddPost a limited license to process and transmit your content solely to provide the Service. AddPost retains all rights to its software, design, and AI systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AddPost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
